How does the application work?
The application for the final consists of you giving us an insight into your idea. If you complete this application in full and by the deadline (30.06.2025, 10 a.m.), you have already successfully applied! One application per idea and team is sufficient.
Note: The final will be presented in German. However, you are welcome to pitch in English!

Detailed application with template
Would you like to receive a certificate after the ASAP final with which you can go to your examination office to have (if possible*) ECTS points credited? Then use our detailed application template.
Free application with pitch deck
You don’t need ECTS and already have a pitch deck? Great, that’s enough for us to let you apply! Of course, you will still receive a certificate of participation after the final.
*Please note: There are many examination offices where ECTS points can be recognized without any problems. However, as each examination office has different requirements, we cannot give you a general guarantee that you will receive the ECTS points. Please enquire in advance at your examination office.
