How does the application work?
The application for the final consists of you giving us an insight into your idea. If you complete this application in full and by the deadline (February 04, 2026, 10 a.m.), you have already successfully applied! One application per idea and team is sufficient.
Note: The final will be presented in German. However, you are welcome to pitch in English!

Detailed application with template
Have you completed the ASAP Academy or its content as part of a lecture? Then use our detailed application template, because experience has shown that this makes it easier to obtain ECTS credits or recognition.
Free application with pitch deck
Do you already have a pitch deck, either from participating in a Startup Weekend or from a real investor pitch? Great, that’s all we need for you to apply!
Please clarify how credits and recognition are regulated at your university/college. We certify on the certificate that the workload involved in validating the business idea with the ASAP Playbook corresponds to 3 ECTS credits. In case further evidence is requested, we recommend submitting the ASAP Playbook with the templates from our template.
